2012 - Precipitation, yearly difference to reference [%] lux_2012_00_map_pluvio_diff_perc,lux_2012_00_samples_pluvio_diff_mm_02 The thematic maps presented here are published annually in the hydro-climatological Atlas of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The project is a collaboration between the Luxemburg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), the Administration de la gestion de l’eau (AGE) and the Administration des services techniques de l’agriculture (ASTA). The maps show the spatial distribution and temporal evolution of air temperature and precipitation providing an overview of the meteorological situation in Luxembourg. The basis of this documentation is a dense and continuously operating measurement network throughout the country. For regions in which measurements are unavailable, values were estimated by means of spatial interpolation (Inverse Distance Weighting). The current precipitation patterns are compared with a climatic reference period (30 years).

This layer contains a compilation with the identifiers and derived 2D geometries derived from all 3D bridges (modeled as LOD 3 classification or automatically extracted in LOD 1) available in the 3D viewer of the Geoportal as well as on the Open Data Portal. Please note that the bridges created by the Service Topographie et géomatique of Luxembourg City (prefix "VdL") are not available to download.

This layer contains the official infrared orthophoto (infrared, red, green) from the 2022 surveying flights with a ground sampling distance of <= 10 cm per pixel (GSD). The absolute planimetric accuracy of the orthophoto can be given with a mean squared error MSE <= 20 cm. The perspective displacement is <= 25 %. The orthophoto covers the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with an overlap of at least 50 m beyond the state border. The surveying flights took place with a sun position of >= 30 ° on August 10, 11 and 12 and September 1, 12 and 23, 2022.

The hydromorphological status was determined by a monitoring compliant with the Water Framework Directive (Directive 2000/60/EU). The elaboration of a structural quality mapping is one part of this monitoring. Within the scope of the work on the structural quality mapping, a total of 31 parameters in the area of the river bed, the river bank and the floodplain are assessed so that the structural quality mapping contains detailed information on the river morphology and the river continuity. In this case, the evaluation of the mapped sections is based on five classes. The areas river bed, left river bank, right riverbank, left floodplain and right floodplain are represented in 5 strips.
