Conformément aux dispositions de la <a href=" http://data.legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/loi/2022/02/25/a80/jo"> loi du 25 février 2022 relative au patrimoine culturel</a>, l'Institut national de recherches archéologiques – INRA a établi une carte de la zone d'observation archéologique (ZOA) sur base, d'une part, de l'inventaire du patrimoine archéologique, et d'autre part, des informations et données complémentaires issues d'administrations étatiques ou communales ayant dans leurs attributions l'utilisation, l'occupation, l'étude ou la protection du sol ou sous-sol ou étant en charge de travaux d'excavation et d'aménagement.



La ZOA est arrêtée par voie de règlement grand-ducal du 26 juillet 2023 portant délimitation de la zone d’observation archéologique. Elle fait partie intégrante en tant que zone superposée de tout plan ou projet ayant pour objet un aménagement du territoire, un aménagement communal ou aménagement urbain.

Februar 2022</a> entspriechend huet den Institut national de recherches archéologiques – INRA eng Kaart vun der archeologescher Beobachtungszon (ZOA) erstallt, déi éngersäits op dem Inventar vum archeologesche Patrimoine an op anerersäits op zousätzlechen Informatiounen an Donnéeë vu staatlechen a kommunalen Administratiounen, déi fir d‘Notzung, d’Ënnersichung oder d‘Protektioun vum Buedem oder Ënnergrond zoustänneg sinn oder déi sech ëm d’Ausgruewungs- a Bauaarbechten këmmeren, baséiert.



D‘ ZOA ass duerch e groussherzoglecht Reglement vum 26. Juli 2023, dat déi archeologesch Beobachtungszon delimitéiert, arrêtéiert ginn. Als Zone superposée, ass si integralen Deel vu Pläng a Projeten déi den Amenagement du Territoire, d‘Gemengen- oder d‘Stadplanifikatioun betreffen.

In accordance with the regulations of the <a href=" http://data.legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/loi/2022/02/25/a80/jo"> law of 25 February 2022 on cultural heritage</a>, the Institut national de recherches archéologiques - INRA has developed a map of the archaeological observation zone (ZOA) based, on the one hand, on the inventory of archaeological heritage and, on the other hand, on additional information and data from state or municipal authorities responsible for the use, study or protection of the soil or subsoil or entrusted with excavation and construction work.



The delimitation of the ZOA is defined by the grand-ducal regulation of the 26th of July 2023. As an overlaying zone, it is an integral part of any plans or projects that have spatial, communal or urban planning as their subject matter.

Gemäß den Bestimmungen des <a href=" http://data.legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/loi/2022/02/25/a80/jo">Gesetzes vom 25. Februar 2022 das Kulturerbe betreffend</a> hat das Institut national de recherches archéologiques - INRA eine Karte der archäologischen Beobachtungszone (ZOA) erstellt, die einerseits auf dem Inventar des archäologischen Kulturerbes und andererseits auf zusätzlichen Informationen und Daten staatlicher oder kommunaler Behörden, die für die Nutzung, Untersuchung oder den Schutz des Bodens oder des Untergrunds zuständig sind oder welche mit der Ausgrabungs- und Ausbauarbeiten betraut sind, basieren.



Die ZOA ist durch die großherzogliche Verordnung vom 26 Juli 2023 zur Abgrenzung der archäologischen Beobachtungszone bestimmt worden. Sie ist als überlagerte Zone integraler Bestandteil jeglicher Pläne oder Projekte, die Raum-, Gemeinde- oder Stadtplanung zum Gegenstand haben.
