Sektorieller Plan Transport - SPT

Le plan directeur sectoriel « transports » (PST), qui s’inscrit stratégiquement et conceptuellement dans le cadre défini par la stratégie globale pour une mobilité durable (MoDu 2.0), superpose de plein droit des couloirs et zones destinés à accueillir les projets d’infrastructures de transport en question. Le PST est complémentaire à la stratégie MoDu 2.0 puisqu’il permet : de répertorier les différents projets d’infrastructures de transport : de leur conférer un cadre règlementaire, ce qui les intégrera dans les différents plans d’aménagement général (PAG) des communes et réduira de manière préventive les conflits potentiels entre la planification des transports et les autres fonctions qui consomment du sol. http://amenagement-territoire.public.lu/fr/plans-caractere-reglementaire/plans-sectoriels/transports.html

The main objective of the sectoral plan ‘transport’ is to reserve corridors for road and railway infrastructure, to improve and develop the soft mobility and to create a parking space management system in order to increase the share of public transport in the modal split and to promote soft mobility. http://www.dat.public.lu/plans_caractere_reglementaire/plans_sectoriels/transports/index.html
